Rio

So my mind was wandering one day, and I ended up coming up with a 'nemesis' for Deoxi and Ribo.

Meet, Rio.
She hate's Deoxi, for something she did to her in the past (Deoxi probably tried to kill her or something).
Seeking vengeance on Deoxi, she's always looking for a fight, a chance to take her down.

Also, she likes to actually travel with Deoxi and Ribo, and acts normally with them most of the time. I know, weird.
Oh, and Ribo has a crush on her.

I don't know if I'll end up using her for the OCT or not, since she wasn't in my original plan. Maybe (if I make it) I'll use her as a last ditch effort if I'm doing poorly...
